If you are a pro or beginning webmaster, you probably noticed you get email often on the same question about your site or certain items on your site. So rather than having your email bloated with questions that you know will be of the same "question", just simply make a FAQ sheet. You should point out to your viewers/users that they might want to look over your FAQ page before asking any questions. A FAQ page is not limited to only that though, you can use a FAQ page for pin pointing known problems within your page as well.
